Personal Brand Kit
The golden mask of the god-king, made immortal in gold.
Frameworks for turning what you already know into content that sells.
You already have the material
Content that sells is not invented. It is mined from what you already know: the mistakes you made, the opinions you hold, the questions clients ask, the steps you follow without thinking. This kit turns that into a repeatable system: an inventory, a set of pillars, post formulas, a profile that converts, and a path from post to sale.
Step 1: the knowledge inventory
Give yourself twenty minutes and write at least three answers to each prompt. This list feeds months of content.
Stories
Turning points, failures, first wins, moments a client changed your mind.
The moment I realised…Beliefs
Things you think are true about your field that most people in it would argue with.
Most people in my field think […], but I believe […]Frameworks
The steps, checklists and rules you follow when you do the work.
When I [do the work], I always go through these steps…Questions
What clients and prospects ask before they buy, and after.
The question I hear every week is…Results
Outcomes you got for yourself or others that you can show.
[Who] went from [before] to [after] by [what changed]…Step 2: three content pillars
A pillar is a topic you return to again and again. Each one should lead naturally toward what you sell. Three is enough; more and nobody knows what you stand for.
| Pillar | Why your buyer cares | How it leads to your offer |
|---|---|---|
Step 3: eight post formulas
| Formula | Structure | Job |
|---|---|---|
| Story, lesson, ask | What happened. What it taught you. What the reader should do. | Trust |
| Contrarian take | The common advice. Why it fails. What to do instead. | Reach |
| Myth and truth | "Myth: […] Truth: […]" three times, then a takeaway. | Reach |
| How I did it | The result. The three steps. The one thing you would change. | Trust |
| Framework breakdown | Name it. List the steps. One line on each. | Authority |
| Mistake list | "[Number] mistakes I see [buyers] make", each with the fix. | Reach |
| Client question | "Someone asked me…" The answer. When to get help. | Sales |
| Result breakdown | Before. What changed. After. How the reader can do the same, or who to ask. | Sales |
Pair any formula with any item from your inventory. Eight formulas across three pillars and fifteen inventory items is more ideas than you can post in a year.
Step 4: the profile that converts
Your profile is the page every post sends people to. It has to answer three questions in seconds: who is this, who is it for, and what do I do next.
Name line: [Name] | [what you do in plain words]… Bio line 1: I help [buyer] [result] without [pain]… Bio line 2: one proof point you can back up… Bio line 3: the next step, for example "Free [resource] below"… Pinned or featured: your best story post, your best framework post, your best result post…Step 5: from post to sale
Not every post should sell, but every post should have somewhere to go. Use a ladder of calls to action and rotate through it.
| Rung | Ask | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Engage | Reply or comment | "Which of these do you see most?" |
| Follow | Stay for more | "Part two tomorrow." |
| Subscribe | Get the freebie | "Comment GUIDE and I will send it." |
| Talk | Message or book | "If this is you, send me a message." |
| Buy | Go to the offer | "Doors close Friday. Link in profile." |
A weekly rhythm you can keep
| Day | Post | Pillar | Call to action rung |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monday | Contrarian take or myth and truth | Engage | |
| Wednesday | Framework breakdown or how I did it | Subscribe | |
| Friday | Client question or result breakdown | Talk or buy |
Keep it going
- Write all three in one sitting each week.
- Keep a running note of client questions; they are next week's posts.
- Every month, look at which posts brought messages or sales, not likes, and make more of those.
