1. What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address and phone number.
• Purchase details: what you bought, amounts, subscription and payment plan status. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us.
• Form and application answers, booking details and messages you send us.
• Member area activity: lessons viewed, progress and community posts.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited and referring links, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use it

To process your purchase and give you access, deliver the programs and services you bought, confirm and remind you about bookings, provide support, send the updates and offers you agreed to receive, improve our sites and offers, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. Our sites, checkout, member area and messages run on the White Coda platform, operated by White Coda Inc., which processes your information for us under its Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe, and emails and texts are delivered through the platform's sending providers. We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or with a buyer of our business.

If our pages use analytics or advertising tags, those providers receive device and page-view data. You can control this through cookie settings and your browser.

4. Emails and texts

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help; message and data rates may apply. Your mobile number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a customer or subscriber and as long as needed for the purposes above, and keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Texas and other U.S. states, the EEA and the UK, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to object to or restrict some processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of marketing and targeted advertising. Use the data request form to make a request. We will verify your identity, respond within the time the law sets, and never treat you differently for using your rights. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

7. Security and transfers

Your information is stored in the United States with encryption in transit and access controls that keep it separate from other businesses on the platform. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

8. Children

Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
