MVKBIZ Terms of Purchase and Use
Effective October 4, 2026
These terms apply when you buy from, sign up with, book with or use the sites, programs, courses, member areas and services of MVKBIZ ("MVKBIZ", "we", "us"). By completing a checkout, creating an account or using our sites, you agree to them and to our Privacy Notice.
MVKBIZ's sites, checkouts, member area and messages run on the White Coda platform, operated by White Coda Inc. Your use of that platform is also covered by the White Coda Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Purchases and payment
Prices, what is included and any payment plan are shown on the offer page and at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling stops future charges from the end of the current period. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay every installment, and access may be paused while a payment is overdue.
2. Refunds
Refund terms are stated on the offer page, at checkout or in your signed agreement, and those terms apply. Where none are stated, contact us and we will review your request. Nothing here limits a refund right the law gives you.
3. Courses, programs and digital products
When you buy a course, template, community or other digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself or your own business. Do not share your login, resell or redistribute the material, or post it publicly. We may update or improve content over time. Live calls, coaching sessions and cohorts run on the schedule we publish.
4. Done-with-you and done-for-you services
For services we deliver with or for you, the scope, timeline and deliverables are set out in the offer or your signed agreement. Timelines depend on you providing access, materials and approvals when asked. You remain responsible for your business decisions, ad spend, and the accounts and platforms we work in on your behalf.
5. No guarantee of results
Our programs are education and services, not a promise of income or any particular outcome. Examples, case studies and testimonials describe what specific people achieved and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your effort, market, budget and many factors outside our control. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial or medical advice.
6. AI tools, prompts and templates
Some of what we teach or provide uses AI tools. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; review it before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for how you use any tool, prompt, template or agent, and for following the terms of the AI and software providers you use.
7. Emails and text messages
By giving us your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your purchase, account and bookings. If you opt in to marketing, we may also send offers and updates. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help; message and data rates may apply. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
8. Calls and bookings
Please arrive on time for booked calls and use the link in your confirmation to reschedule or cancel. We may reschedule a call we cannot attend and will let you know as early as we can.
9. Acceptable use and our content
Do not misuse our sites or member areas, try to access other members' accounts, or copy, scrape or resell our content. Our names, materials, videos, templates and trademarks belong to us or our licensors. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
OUR SITES, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE IN QUESTION IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our products.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date shows the current version, and changes do not affect purchases already made. For questions, reply to any email you have received from us. For privacy requests, use the data request form.
